1) All prices quoted above are specific for this project only and is not applicable to other projects by client or its partners when engaging A PEAK VISUALS's services. Any additional requirements or work outside the scope of this project will be subject to new commercial arrangements and timeline to be agreed upon by A PEAK VISUALS and the parties concern.
2) Above quoted amounts are estimates only. Final amount may be different, depending on actual project specifications, which may change throughout the course of the project.
3) All prices quoted are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
4) Payment Term: RM300 booking fees, remaining balance be paid on the wedding day it self. Late charges RM50(on daily bases).
5) Above quote is valid until ONE (1) week after the date of this quotation.
6) A PEAK VISUALS shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by the client that will affect the stipulated delivery date stated above.
7) Any cancellation on the above mentioned project whereby A PEAK VISUALS has already gotten intent/approval to start work from client in form of email, letter, purchase order or any other written confirmation, A PEAK VISUALS reserves the right to retain the 100% cancellation fees based on the total above mentioned cost. Client is liable for ALL third party cost stipulated by A PEAK VISUALS pertaining to the abovementioned project.
8) Self-collectin must be done at our home studio located in Cyberjaya.
9) Only ONE (1) Location will be covered at a time, additional charges will be applied if more than ONE (1) Location. Single event coverage max 4 hours. Two events coverage is up to 8 hours. Additional over time surcharge is MYR 450 per hour(for single shooter).
10) Arrangement of pictures in the album will be done by A PEAK VISUALS's discretion.
11) Distribution of A PEAK VISUALS Product to anyone other than the intended customer is strictly prohibited without seeking prior written consent to A PEAK VISUALS.
12) Any changes client wishes to make after booking will be subject to A PEAK VISUALS availability and discretion.
13) Packages confirmed cannot be downgraded or refunded, once the deposit has been made. Any changes in packages after booking would be subject to current packages.
14) Highlight video can be revised 1 time only.
15) A PEAK VISUALS reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions at any time, any changes will be effective immediately.
16) RAW files is available upon request, however charges will be applied.
17) Photo and video files shared must be downloaded within TWO (3) days and album must be collected within ONE (1) month. A PEAK VISUALS could not be held responsible if client did not do so within the time stipulated.
18) SDE video of (1-2 mins) surcharge of MYR 800. In order to have the montage done on the same day, we will require a
minimum of 4 hours to have it prepared.
19) All photos provided will be edited based on minor color, contrast, brightness, saturation and some black and white conversion. Skin smoothing, eye bag removal, modification on physical appearance and etc is not inclusive in the package.
